Pros
* Excellent client base * Strong Microsoft partnership
Cons
* Excellent client base wasted by the visionless leadership team * Unreasonable project timelines. Treating employees like slaves to work for 16 hours a day, all 7 days to cover their sales blunder in winning these projects * the Data unit is run by arrogant offshore leader, emotionless and literally treats employees like her house maid. She is just a contractor but has been given utmost power to do whatever she wants to. Shows the inability of the CXOs to have any control over the organization. * Hiring and firing happens like a joke. The HR team will promise a lot during hiring. If you join and dont get a billable role in a project, you will be fired. You can check in LinkedIn the number of people who have been fired within 2 months of hiring . * CXOs lack vision. In the name of AI, they just blabber something in townhalls just demotivating the employees a lot. * Variable pay is a joke. You can just remove it from your pay. It is seldom paid. Even paid, it will be paid only in the low 20 percentages. * HR team only find ways to blame employees and fire them. Their HR policies are just non-sense * Deserving people wont get recognition. Undeserved ones get promoted. Worst ones get double / triple promoted. * Having read all the above if you still plan to join iLink, make sure you negotiate and get a good fixed pay and title. Once you join, getting a hike or title change is extremely difficult.
