At iLendingDIRECT, all auto refinances are tailored to the consumer’s needs through detailed conversations with the customer and Loan Consultant throughout the refinance process. iLendingDIRECT provides protected auto loans by offering customers products such as service warranties and GAP coverage. These products are thoroughly reviewed with the customer before finalizing the auto refinance. Each customer has an assigned Loan Consultant that they can reach out to during and after the loan process is complete. Each customer has the opportunity to engage in a customer experience interview after the loan has funded. We value this feedback to learn from and address any concerns that the customer may have.
Integrity is part of iLendingDIRECT’s DNA. We seek honest feedback from our employees and conduct ongoing engagement surveys throughout the year. These anonymous, voluntary surveys help us develop strategies for process improvements and increased employee satisfaction. Our leadership team believes in an open-door policy. Employees are welcome to share any concerns directly with the management staff, human resources, or senior leadership at any time.
