      decent pay, can pay well if you develop large clients

      Cons

      lots to say but the worst of it all is the management structure. 2 selling managers at 1 location cannibalize the reps hoarding all the large clients and the potential to pursue these larger clients while also snaking your own clients if you're not too careful

      Pros

      Wish there was something. $100 per person quarterly dinners are pretty cool if you like your team.

      Cons

      Operations and management give you little to no support. Cut throat sales teams will do anything to sabotage a deal. Bad reputation on the west Coast and no love for their clients. Just run and work anywhere else.
