Pros
I think it's a stable place to work if you're a manager.
Cons
What happened to me occurred in 2014-2015. The same people are still there, so I feel it's useful to relate the following:
I was brought on as a contractor. I did only a little work, but my feedback was 100% positive. Then my wife nearly died while traveling overseas, leaving me as a solo parent to our toddler for a couple of months. I still met all my deadlines at iHire and kept getting positive reviews for my work. Then my father got brain cancer, and I had to stay with him for a while. And I *still* met all my deadlines and kept getting positive reviews for my work. Then one day, while I was driving to the hospital to move my father to hospice, my POC at iHire called me to fire me, saying I was "distracted." Never one complaint about my work, and never one request that I change course - and they knew I was on my way to pull the plug on my dad at that moment. Um yeah, I was indeed "distracted."
Please consider whether you want to work for people who would do that.
