It is our hope, as an organization, that those, like yourself, who are still currently employed here at iHerb reach out to your Human Resource department to express your concerns. There is little that can be done to rectify a situation if those that are able to change the situation are not aware of one's grievances. As far as the hiring process is concerned, great care and attention goes in to reviewing a potential candidates background and experience in relation to the perspective position. We look forward to working close with you to address your concerns if given the opportunity to do so.
