Pros
Flexible dress code - you can wear jeans every day if you wish. Once you've been there a bit, you're able to pretty much come and go as you wish. The jobs are not challenging - this could be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for. The people can be nice but most have been their for over 10 years and can be stuck in their ways. 10 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays annually
Cons
Pay/Benefits: Extremely low pay. Since it is media, they pay well below market rate for their positions. They only offer an HSA health plan with a very high deductible and out of pocket (higher than the competition) but they do offer a match on your HSA contributions which is nice. Dental and vision are expensive - the company doesn't cover any of the costs on these plans. Starting in 2014, the company no longer pays out unused vacation even if it is earned. Career advancement: There isn't much in the way of advancement unless you're on the corporate side. They like to reduce staff in markets that are close and then have people cover both markets. Turnover is extremely high, especially in sales where it's 100% commission and the majority of the big accounts are already assigned to existing AEs. Extremely hard to start out unless you are given a good base of business - which rarely happens. Management loves to play favorites and has their cliques. If you're not a favorite, they will try to find a way to get rid of you. They don't pay overtime even if you've work it but no one will complain for fear of being fired. The ethics hotline is a joke.
