Pros
They own more radio stations than any other company in the USA and iHeartRadio as well as concert venues, outdoor and other holdings.
Cons
Management is pulled 1000 directions, and the company feels like it's run by a bunch of AHDD ferrets on crack. One minute they want everyone focused on digital, the next minute they dream up a revenue surge concept with no structure or meaning and a week later it's all forgotten. No focus on the client and their needs. It's all about shoving something down the customers throat, then moving onto the next shiny object.
