      - They are friendly - They help you and allow you to grow - They even require you to constantly learn and update yourself from multiple MOOC sites like Coursera and Udacity. Your new courses are evaluated against your performances

      Cons

      - Company is located in Ethiopia so might not be desirable for international people - They are consultants and don't have their own product. Therefore they are dependent on clients
