      Pros

      Most of the people and team members are super friendly, willing to help and generally nice. This can brew a very healthy working environment.

      Cons

      Management and engineering leads are mostly yes-men and/or incompetents. Almost nothing to learn from them and promotions are based on friendship rather than abilities.

      Super friendly colleagues, positive environment, a lot of flexibility

      Cons

      The only downside is that when it is slow there might not be enough shifts to do. However, this is not an issue for me as I am a student.
