I spent 10 years at iCandy Design Ltd, starting as a Junior Front-End Developer and eventually becoming a Senior Front-End Developer and Manager. My time there was filled with invaluable experiences and skill development across marketing and web development. The team at iCandy Design is fantastic—talented, friendly, and supportive. Many colleagues became good friends. On a personal note, I was always looked after, whether it was for childcare or health issues, which made a huge difference.

A friendly, supportive, collaborative environment with lots of opportunity to self learn and learn as part of the team. Team were friendly, pizza Fridays, supportive management.

As an SME it has a relatively flat structure but there was opportunity to increase responsibility, experience and pay.
