Very Large project with lots to learn and grow,

I had no cons, but experiences can differ.

Small teams make it easier for ideas to be discussed and implemented without jumping through too many hoops. I feel comfortable bringing ideas forward or providing feedback on other ideas.

With any small company, culture is what you put into it but internally they are working on bringing it forward and making it a priority which is promising.
