      Pros

      Beautiful office, great people in the company, free breakfast on Fridays and catered lunches for end of month.

      Cons

      Management had one foot out the door and didn't invest in their teams because of it. Role function changed constantly including quota. I went 2 months of a quarter without knowing what my goal was. To make my commission it was all a shot in the dark. Team mortal was down and leadership response was to just get over it. When Colin stepped down, it was no longer the same company.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
