Pros
Easy to get a job here. They will hire and retain literally anyone with a pulse. Helping to keep work in the USA that is almost entirely done overseas.
Cons
Don't expect anything near QA industry-standard pay or secure employment. You literally may show up for a scheduled shift only to find the building locked and be informed via email the following day of mass layoffs. This happened to dozens of people when I worked there. Supervisors are chosen, I don't know how. Temporary employees with zero experience in tech or leadership and poor attendance records are hired. I don't want to accuse them of deliberate discrimination, but it does not hurt your chances for advancement if you are young, white and male. Extra points if you spend at least 85% of your free time reading graphic novels and playing video games. True leaders need not apply.
