They will hire you with a salary half the industry standards and push you to accept the offer asap, they have all weird management going on. No one I knew worked more than 2-3 months (the team I was working with all were recently hired or about to be fired) accept a few who are a part of the malicious activity. They give you all the joining documents made in a fake manner not following employment rules and when you read and sign later they will deny saying they that they have given you a wrong document to sign for anything you point out to be true as per the agreement, and suddenly the same document stands true when its for their convenience. They dont have any concept of sick leaves and day offs for holidays - every time you ask for off they will tell you to be available if someone from team connects while also do pay cuts. The worst part is they never give salaries. Infact even when you are working for them they dont give you a laptop or system to work but will ask you to put a tracker in your personal laptop for activity tracking around work. All unethical activities are going on. The founder micro manages so much and to that extend that every time you have a meeting he will straight away ask ai - even the silliest questions like tell me how to do aso, what are the marketing tactics in 2026 and then compare you to ai, he straight away said that to me - whatever you are working is something ai will replace today or tom - constants threats. Infact be aware guys. The people who hired me were fired before even i joined within a week of time, a few in my team were fired after my joining, a few were hired just when I resigned, and whoever you see on linkedin that says xyz is working here - they arent even working there anymore - just they arent removing it from their profile because they havent got other jobs because of the unethical hire and fire culture. Be very very careful guys
