In a few words... Not respected, badly treated, untrusted.
By far the biggest issue at i6 is don’t expect job security! employing several people on 6 months probation, then getting rid of them at the end! No performance reviews or feedback given during the 6 months. When hearing management say employment law is on our side for the first 2 years “you’re fair game”, are their words and attitude.
They use people like 6 month contractors for the price of permanent staff, then, if your face doesn’t fit they’re happy to replace you.
There is no respect or trust of the employees, estimates are provided and then forced to do it quicker.
Things are disorderly and chaotic there, people are pulled left and right, then asked why isn’t X done, because you get pulled around so much, there is little planning, order or structure there.
