Pros

I have worked with i-Call International for several months now and I would like to share that they have excellent and qualified staff members to help us -interpreters- navigate the system and platform. They are always available and ready to answer any questions we may have. The team of interpreters is full of qualified, responsible, and friendly individuals who are helpful with each other. Even though we are all remote, we always greet each other and communicate daily. I am happy to be a member of the i-Call team.

Cons

If you are looking for a direct contract with the language service provider company, then this is not for you; because you do not work directly with the main Language Services Company, it is a sub-contractor position and you work independently.

Flexible hours with amazing team who support you anytime when you will face any problem, with a very good environment and you will be evaluated by the team . They give proper trainings to make you more efficient for the job. they pay the money with out any delay,

they are really strict about the time and completion of task

Cons

They're highly demanding and require a top-notch, high-speed laptop with impeccable latency. Yet, they offer only $6 per hour for a full-time shift.
