Pros
It is really hard to find a company as innovative and compelling as HydroWorx in Central Pennsylvania. The technology is cutting edge, the people are intelligent, and our clients are professional sports teams/major healthcare companies. We're poised for rapid growth over the next couple of years, so it's an incredible opportunity for career development. You get the feel of a startup with major growth potential without having to pay $4k for rent in SF/NYC. I came to HydroWorx from a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Places to Work (nationally), and HydroWorx beats my former employer in almost every category. I'm guessing a lot of the negative reviews stem from our transition to a high growth organization. Not everyone is built for the process and cultural changes that occur when you're scaling a business.
Cons
1) Benefits could be more competitive: -No 401k match -Less PTO than my prior company, but very flexible with work schedules 2) Can get a bit chaotic with the process changes, but it's to be expected when scaling any organization.
