Pros
Company offers a long-term contract after some point if you prove to be a good worker. Salary was never late, always on the same date. No overtime, nobody called us after working hours
Cons
They were always the cheapest company in the sector when it came to salaries, but at least the interpersonal relationships were extraordinary. After the company was sold to TaskUs, they became even cheaper so much so it borders with exploitation now and the company culture took 180° turn to American corporation management style. Whether you work or not, it's all the same, no bonuses or additional compensation. Old equipment. Very few opportunities for advancements, if there are, they are not worth it salary-wise. Company doesn't invest in their employees, you will not gain any new skills while there. Basically, a dead-end job. At this point, I would advise you to go where you're paid the most, all of these companies are the same.
