I have been working with HAP Solutions for almost four years, and during that time I have been given the opportunity to work at some amazing large-scale events and festivals across the UK. The variety of work and experiences available has been fantastic and has helped me develop both personally and professionally. One of the highlights of my journey with HAP has been being given the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role. This experience has inspired me to take my career in this industry further, and I am grateful for the trust and support that was shown in me. The staff and managers have always been welcoming, friendly, and supportive. From my very first day, I felt part of the team, and that support continues to this day. Whenever I have needed guidance or assistance, there has always been someone willing to help. I am especially grateful to one of the managers who kindly gave me the opportunity to work alongside them in another company during the winter season. It was an experience that I will always appreciate and one that helped me gain even more valuable skills and confidence. Overall, I highly recommend HAP Solutions to anyone looking for flexible work, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Cons
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the availability of shifts during quieter periods of the year. As HAP works heavily within the events and festival industry, the work can naturally be seasonal at times. I genuinely enjoy working with the company and would happily take on even more shifts if they were available, as I would love the opportunity to work with HAP on a more full-time basis. That said, I understand the nature of the industry, and I appreciate all the opportunities I have been given over the years.
