Pros
Work from home is the only upside
Cons
Micromanagement they recently raised the draw amount so they can let you go sooner. On my team we have lost half of the team we acquired 2 teams since then and half of them are gone as well. I have had 2 regional managers / coaches step down that should be a red flag. There is no work life balance!!!! You are expected to work on your time off and it doesn't matter how much work you put in its based on if other people hire who you present. Your minimum is set and there is no room for anything else. The daily meetings are a joke you hear the same thing over and over it's their way or no way. It doesn't matter to them if you are safe during an earthquake, a tornado, a hurricane. They will not ask you your situation they will however reach out to see if you are willing to sit at a Starbucks to work. They want you to constantly chat with them but also make 60 plus calls and post 100 job postings doesn't matter if its a real job or not, and sign companies from profiles of candidates that are not in the area.
