Pros

Coworkers (NOT coaches/management) are good. WFH. Technology/apps/software are easy to understand. The actual act of making cold calls or sending bulks isn’t that difficult. Plus I’m sure there’s good earning potential… if you sell your soul and are one of the higher-up’s favorites.

Cons

Churn and burn environment. Yes it’s easy to get a job, but the job itself isn’t easy and they’ll let you go without hesitation. While it’s not too difficult to make calls or send emails/InMails, KPIs are CRAZY. Not to mention you have to market fake candidates and post fake jobs just to farm potential candidates and clients. It’s not right. Most people who are managers here have no idea how brutal the job market is right now or what it’s like to be unemployed. So thus they don’t care about the fact that we’re lying to and preying on candidates who are desperate for work, and also preying on clients who are desperate for employees. It’s not just awful for people who work here but also for our clients who we LIE to. Plus the fee is CRAZY. Yes it’s remote across the US but most of the "coaches" and "managers" are people who have ties to the headquarters/founders. lots of nepotism and favoritism who went to HS/college/grew up together. I am not talking about referrals here, but rather how people get promoted just for being close with the founders or managers. Management is a joke, training is awful and they won't tell you ANYTHING yet they'll still micromanage to make sure you're hitting 60-100 calls a day. there is no room for mistakes. i've seen co workers get fired over email/text/phone. I understand it's a remote environment, but considering we have 2-3 hours of meetings each day, you think this company would at least have the decency to let you go through video call. I'm applying to other jobs right now, but if you work here and are considering the same, be careful — Don't forget about the stupid non-compete. You won't be able to recruit anywhere else, even internally, for two years from your departure date.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
