Pros
It is challenging, which makes it never boring. The support from my teammates and coaches is unlike any environment I have ever been in. I live for the team calls in the morning, which are motivating, stimulating, and exciting. Learning about executive recruiting was more interesting than I could have ever imagined. The hiring and training process were comprehensive. It was great to receive training for exactly what I would be facing. There is room for growth. It is a great way to talk to many people and make long-term relationships.
Cons
This job is not for someone who does not like a challenge and who does not want easy money.
