- A good chunk of the work is solo, which creates a lot of flexibility but is a switch from traditional consulting - The remote culture isn't for everyone although the firm does a pretty amazing job of bringing people together. And when people are together the are remarkably present

What stands out most is the people - everyone is not only incredibly sharp, but also kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. There’s no ego here, just a shared commitment to doing great work and making a difference. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and you really feel trusted to do your job well. You’re given a lot of autonomy, but also plenty of support.
