Pros
- a young group of people usually working at all stores - your manager can make the experience wonderful, the main store I worked at I had the best manager who truly cared about her team. She would take us for lunch and always cared about us, she was the only one who had our best interest.
Cons
- fashion there is so awful - there are sooo many scripted conversations they demand you have - your training videos show who is running the company: old white dudes that are so disconnected from modern-day shopping - the corporate system quite literally ruined this company, they never reached out or cared really about the connection between the consumer and the store. So out of touch - Also Jesus pay your employees more people.
