Good luck getting a full time position even as an assistant manager. Given to “higher tier” boutiques. Catty boutique leaders and many who are straight up unethical and hr does NOTHING. Horrible dms one was so bad she resigned after being reported so much and nothing was done. Also new rule where they cut hours of everyone except btl and women are expected to close alone in large isolated malls. And stylists are already given no hours and bad pay. Just plain awful. It’s like the find the absolute worse people for the job and then instantly give them an offer.
