      Pros

      Work life balance is awesome! I believe in what our VP of Boutiques is doing in growing our brand! We are a FAMILY!

      Cons

      The most difficult challenge is making the "Francesca's Promise" sound organic! And not like a robot or scripted! Corporate does not listen or take feedback seriously from the people who live it everyday!

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
