Boutique Team Leaders receive 50% discount on full priced merchandise. Small staff-less people to manage
Cons
DTLs do not know how to manage people. They lie and say whatever to make you think they will help you and they don't. There is zero support when it comes to correctional actions for horrible staff. Pay is very low for BTLS and promotions are only given to the "favorites" regardless of how hard you work.
