It used be unlimited PTO and the culture, neither of those still exist.
Cons
Layoffs seemingly came from nowhere. They didn't layoff the last ones hired or those with low job performance, but those that were paid the most in their department. They promote a culture that only exists on paper now and not in action. I cared about this company, my job, the agents, customers, and restaurant partners. I was loyal to this company because, in the beginning, they were loyal to us. I used to tell people that I had finally found a company that treated people like actual humans, and not just numbers. That no longer exists. Having a CFO move to CEO means he doesn't people, he sees dollar signs.
