Pros

I have felt heard and supported by my Clinical Manager as well as other members of leadership. I also was able to obtain all of my supervision hours within 2 years and did not have any issues submitting to the board. Leadership does listen to our concerns and is willing to makes changes when necessary. Leadership/ CEO is willing to take time to listen when concerns are being presented.

Cons

Change as in any other place of employment are difficult to get used to. Growing pains as well as the company growing too quickly have also been difficult as it has felt more of a "small knit family" at first, but that that does come with growth.

Pros

Cocm is a great thing and I love my clinic

Cons

There are quite a few problems. They are growing very fast and that comes with some challenges. Be prepared to “evolve”.
