- No work life balance.
- Management is not ready to adapt new technologies.
- No clarity on new requirements and when somethings falls apart, managers will blaim others.
- Managers make the rules like no wfh on release days and sprint planning days but these rules do not apply on themselves and they take wfh whenever they want.
- Sprint release never happens on the date planned and if by chance it does, you might found yourself sitting their till 6 in the morning.
- Company used to think alot about employees till an year ago but last year they recruited some new faces in higher management in the bangalore office . Now VP started making some changes to make his superiors happy but what good a comapny is if their employees are not happy.
- Some examples are:-
1. The first example is awards given by the company to their employees. Till last year, everyone used to get an amazon voucher of 1k and for award winners, it was 4k. But this year, management made some changes in this and no one got anything except a trophy and a certificate(for award winners). Later on(AFTER ONE MONTH) when they got to know that people on the floor are talking about this, they gave the vouchers of 1.5k to all the award winner .
2. We have only one game in the office and i.e foosball but it is totally broken. Screws are gone from the foosball figures but management is not ready to get it repaired.
3. There is a leakage in the tap of the basin of the washroom and the door lock is also gone but they are not ready to get it repaired .
4. The water cooler is not working from last few months(it doesn't cool).
- New guys on the higher management have totally contaminated the atmosphere bangalore office used to have. Now its kind of dictatorship going on.
