      - great 'real' people, that are hard working, down to earth, and open to innovative ideas - such interesting clients in the healthcare space, no two projects are alike - continual process improvements and focus on refining work and areas of employee interest

      - have to have the 'make it happen' mentality being a small company. those who are team players stay for a long time and make a lasting impact.
