Pros

- Some of the people

Cons

- Toxic leadership that cause anxiety, gaslight employees and make them feel unsafe in their job security - No work life balance. Questioned if you're a few minutes late. Working from home discouraged and mocked - even during covid. Even after a large outbreak due to forcing employees into the office - and employees still forced into office after that - No strategy. Change of plans every week - No career development. No salary reviews. No performance reviews. No HR at an HR company - Low salary, no pension, not even given Christmas Eve off

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that and we take it seriously. Toxic management is under no circumstances something we can accept, and we have clear implemented guidelines in our code of conduct to ensure that this does not happen. We will make sure to address this area immediately and ensure it complies with our guidelines. We wish you all the best. We have several mechanisms in place that allow for a constant flow of employee feedback, including monthly team meetings with HR, quarterly anonymous engagement surveys and quarterly ONEtalk discussions with your manager. Any feedback suggesting unacceptable behaviour is immediately investigated. We have a strong focus on life-work balance, and recently we have expanded it further so that it is now possible to work from anywhere in the region and keep your current salary etc. This has happened based on the requests from the employees, which we have naturally met. As an employee, you have 3 options, either onsite, hybrid or remote. We do not force people to come into the office, and we have strong COVID-19 and flu policies in place. Furthermore, we have quarterly employee development meetings for career plans and provide access to all the training our staff need for their careers. We are proud that in the past year we have appointed more than 10% of our employees to new positions and moved into managers roles. We strongly believe in employee development. We have a clear strategy, both for the company, but also for the business units, which we adhere to year after year and ensure that we continue to grow our business, e.g., the past year by no less than 45%. In terms of pay, we can be compared with the rest of the industry, which our HR department and People team, continuously ensures we compare ourselves to. Everyone has access to pension schemes, and in Denmark where the issues can be around some dates, we give up to 5 extra days for free on top of the normal holiday leave - to everyone, which can be used to e.g., take time off on days that are not public holidays, such as Christmas Eve in Denmark.

Pros

Strong leadership Great product Big market & future is bright Focused on culture & EE growth

Cons

Like many scaling companies, it’s important to focus on a few things and do them well. eloomi has made great strides to do things much smarter the last few months and it’s been noticed. That can be a challenging - keep at it!!

Pros

Eloomi is in its stage of growth and there's much potential to be had. They are investing in the right places and right leadership to make eloomi go far.

Cons

They are missing out on potential great talent due to poor benefits, especially when you compare to other tech companies out there. Since eloomi is a european-based company, it'd be great to have maternity/paternity leave, which they presently do not have. I've personally known a few employees not accept offers due to the benefits alone.
