Pros

Tough but rewarding environment Really great place to grow and get exposure to interesting clients The flexibility to try new projects and take risks

Cons

There are high expectations that you can learn quickly and produce high-quality work. This makes it higher intensity than most places but I see this as a good thing!

Pros

Pros: - Learning opportunities are very accessible at 82i and you get quick and direct feedback on your work both from teammates and from clients - virtual culture is strong! It can be difficult to feel like a team when working virtually, but because remote work is built into the DNA of 82i, the culture is focused on creating touchpoints and building in opportunities to strengthen relationships with a focus on virtual settings. - The work I do here feels meaningful, especially when interacting with clients and seeing the intense positive changes the work I do can create in their organizations

Cons

Remote work can be difficult to adjust to, especially after coming from in-person settings in the past. Due to clients having to juggle lots of different priorities, it can be difficult to stay organized and priorities often change rapidly, so you need to always be 'switched on' & ready to think on your feet and adjust.
