Pros

Great office culture, great product that actually helps finance teams, still a start up vibe and there is no hierarchy in the company and super flexible working arrangements.

Cons

Company strategy is unclear. The CEO is not a real CEO. There is no opportunity for internal promotion. SDR to AE moves just dont exist. They keep hiring more SDReps when current ones have been in seat for more than a year. New president hasn't even visited the Dallas office in the US where he is based, just shows you how much they care about us.

Working at Eftsure has been an amazing experience! The company genuinely cares about its employees and fosters a supportive environment where everyone feels valued. There's so much room for growth, both personally and professionally, which makes it an exciting place to build your career. The culture is fun, collaborative, and filled with people who are passionate about what they do. It's clear that Eftsure prioritizes employee well-being while also encouraging innovation and teamwork.

Pros

You will gain experience, but that same time and energy spent here could build your career somewhere that actually deserves it.

Cons

The product lacks genuine market fit and requires reps to convince prospects that a problem exists before they can even begin selling which becomes an exhausting and often losing battle. Leadership is disconnected, based overseas, and consistently makes poor decisions while remaining completely confident they are doing a good job. Management at the ground level reflects that same dysfunction. PTO is labeled unlimited but using it comes at a cost to your KPIs, and you will not be paid out on it when you leave. Severance does not exist for sales roles. This is a company that will say whatever it takes to get you in the door and deliver on very little of it. Do yourself a favor and take your talents somewhere that will actually invest in them.
