1. Insane amount of politics: I mean these people can give Cersei Lannister a run for her money. 2. Terrible people working in the upper hierarchy: they don’t care about your life, interests or health they just want the work done and whoever drinks or smokes with them would enjoy their stay the most. 3. Misogyny: I am not a woman but the way some people talk about women in this organization is absolutely horrible. 4. Work-life Balance: What is that? 5. Credit Hogs: frankly the Content-Marketing team is full of people who would steal the credit of your work and might even blame you for the incompletion of their own work. 6. Compensation: they deduct Rs 3000 every month from the salary for parties and other activities even if you are not interested to go to those parties. Also, these parties are mostly quarterly and yearly. So, technically they deduct 36k for 5 parties a year. 7. Favouritism: The worst thing is there is every type of favouritism in Edureka be it regionalism, cronyism, patronage. Name it, they’ve got all. I can tell you some more things about their awesome work culture but I think you got the gist of it.
