Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to get inebriated and socialize with coworkers outside of work. One person in senior a marketing positions may gas light you if you have reservations about drinking, regardless of your reasoning.

Cons

Really no downsides if you enjoy toxic company politics.

Thanks for sharing this review. Just to clarify - we haven’t had a Solutions Architect in the business since 2022, so this doesn’t appear to reflect a current or recent role here and is likely misattributed. We’re always open to constructive feedback, but in this case, the content doesn’t align with the team or culture we know.

Pros

They were very organized and transparent about the role's functions, communicated well, and provided clear stages and next steps.

Cons

The interview process was pretty seamless, not much to complain about at this point.

Pros

The people at the company are a 10/10. It is a very transparent culture from the top down. Hybrid work environment and they offer a ton of flexibility (28 days PTO & a month to work from anywhere). They are very respectful, of your life outside of work, and the work environment is pretty stress-free, especially in comparison to most sales orgs. Sales team is relatively small, so it's a great opportunity to work closely with some really smart people and you get to have an big impact in the growth of the company. Benefits are about as good as you can get with full Healthcare in the U.S, tons of PTO, and a good 401k match, and a yearly company trip abroad. Company is set up to succeed moving forward as they are starting to gain some real momentum in the retail space.

Cons

- Don't currently have a clear built-out pathway to promotion for sales - The quota was pretty unattainable for the majority of my time here. This had a lot to do with the general market conditions in the past year, and that the company switched industries they focused on selling into in the past year, so this will become more feasible as they continue to gain better product-market fit (which is already happening). - pay could be better
