Pros
- Great office culture, snacks, drinks, large open space, rooftop patio
- a top grade C-level leadership team, folk with vision and experience but who are never too busy or full of themself to have a chat with you
- spend your time making fun, innovative products
- a real solid team atmosphere, everyone will stop and explain something to you for 5 minutes if you ask politely.
- Regular work social events, parties, department outings like games cafe, archery tag etc
- pretty good vacation policy (extra week after 3 years, 4week sabbatical after 5 years.)
Cons
- work life balance sometimes a bit hectic, but it goes in pits and troughs
- prioritization and dedication does seem to vary between different departments.....
