There is not even a single advantage over here.

Management is the worst you will ever see. CEO dont value his employees. They will make you to work like a donkey and they do not even pay you the salary on time. It is not a company but a sole proprietorship. They will decide your performance within 4-5 days and fire you by blocking your email id and other so called their internal applications.CEO is a biggest faking person.Please never think of joining this company.
