The shift toward AI is inevitable in any industry. Still, when it's used to justify cutting seasoned professionals while boasting innovation, it reveals a lack of core values and respect for the people who helped build the company’s foundation. If you're considering a career here, know that your role may eventually be deemed “replaceable” by a machine, regardless of your performance, history, or impact.
