      Pros

      One of the things I love about working at eXp is the incredible training. They offer over 50 hours of live training every week, covering everything from lead generation to advanced sales strategies. No matter how long you've been in the business, there's always something new to learn, and it’s all available at your fingertips. The best part is that it’s accessible to agents at all levels, so you can really tailor your learning to your needs.

      Cons

      One thing to keep in mind is that eXp operates entirely in the cloud, which means there's no physical office and fewer in-person interactions. This can be a challenge if you're someone who thrives on having structure or a lot of direct support. You really need to be disciplined and proactive about managing your time, your schedule, and your business. For some, especially those who are used to a more traditional office environment, this shift can take a bit of getting used to.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      Cons

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
