Fearing for our jobs - Transaction Settlement Specialist eXp Realty Employee Review

We don't know who will be let go next. We are all fearing for our jobs. We were told after mass layoffs in September that, if we haven't been laid off yet, it was because we played an important role in the future of the company. What we didn't know was that "important role" was training the "flex team", a team of overseas contractors who get low pay and no benefits, to replace us. Now more of our staff have been let go - some via VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. We trained our own replacements. Absolutely despicable.
