No cons to report...all has been great so far. Had to take a minute to get the new cards ordered but that was exciting as well. Loving the freedom and potential.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
