-Easy commute -The regular office staff was good to work with. Very creative and open to trying out different approaches to problems and features in the software

I was led to believe in my interview that my ideas and professional background would be part of the ingredients that would move the company forward, but quickly realized this wasn't the case. I recall one day getting into an argument over the most trivial and basic of internet marketing best practices. I knew at that point I need to move on. This situation could be much different if the other partner would step in and speak their mind more often. Unfortunately he was usually steamrolled on most decisions. The other thing to be aware of is processes. If you like everything to be a process, including writing emails than this is the place for you. EVERYTHING is documented into a process... Again, in one instance I recall getting into an argument because I answered an email that was not in line with the process. The bottom line is, you are required to be a robot and follow strict, laid-out procedures. This resulted in a mass exodus right around the time I left.
