Pros
This is a horse crap company. Management are rude. You feel that Management breathing on your neck the entire time. Its so intimidating and ruthless that there is no place for you opinion as a person. Pay is noncompetitive and underpaying. Shame on this company for not paying above average wages. Be mindful for this company with no candor and insensitive to employee growth.
Cons
Eliminate insensitive management member. Hire professionals that know how to behave and conduct themselves. Management is mostly high school education....no wonder this type of people breath in an unusual way, derogatory, demeaning, look you down, there is more adjectives you get the idea...
