Cons
The website and idea behind this company are innovative but they don't know exactly how to execute that idea profitably, mostly due to an inexperienced management team with a lack of knowledge of the wholesale food and supplies world. The two person management team consists of a CEO who's only method of motivation is to habitually use toxic language towards his subordinates and regularly belittles them in front of the other staff. Conversely he can’t take any constructive criticism whatsoever, particularly in front of the group. This CEO can not answer questions directly and often uses circular logic or gives answers to questions that were not asked. The CEO cannot make firm decisions and rarely sticks with them for long so the company’s objectives change often. If the idea fails, it becomes the employee’s job to never mention those failures again, even constructively or risk being replaced by someone’s relative or friend from church. Their is limited career growth potential so naturally office morale is nonexistent and the turnover rate is high.
