Pros

- eOriginal went through the entire hiring & onboarding process with me during the COVID-19 quarantine, saving me from a job I was not happy at and probably would've made this pandemic a whole lot worse for my mental health. - Send weekly Officevibe surveys and truly consider feedback & implement changes based on people's struggles. - Everyone I met with (via video call) when I was first hired was so nice & willing to help. - CEO sent out weekly emails updating employees on COVID-19 updates with employees going into the building (if needed, of course) & updates about the company in general. - Not rushing employees to be back in the office in such a terrifying time. - Company is still doing very well during global pandemic.

Cons

- I have none so far

Pros

Digital lending is exploding and eOriginal created the market. Great place to learn, grow, and thrive in a high growth, SaaS, environment. Yes, you need to work hard and you will grow and learn. Flexible work from anywhere.

Cons

High growth = challenges and opportunities for those that want to jump in. Be sure you are comfortable with the new owner.

Pros

It’s a job. You get a check

Cons

Top heavy with managers m, Support engineers are really customer service reps that don’t get paid for over time. The force a mandatory on call shift on only the support engineers. Rampant favoritism. Non technical management. Yearly reviews are a sham, if management doesn’t like you they are allowed to base you entire review on one day or month. Human Resources does nothing. Frequently loses emails and other important paperwork that contains personal identifiable information. Habit of blaming employees for their mistakes. No one takes accountability for their actions or words, especially when they are wrong. Very unethical practices in general. No personal space or assigned desks / cubicles. you have to share keyboards and workstations with other co-workers and they provide a miniature file cabinet to lock your belongings in if you want to leave stuff in the office and hand sanitizers to wipe the keyboards down.
