Pros

Really awesome culture - no micromanaging. Letting smart people drive their projects. Management is down to earth and genuinely look after their peeps. Open & transparent. The company has been very open about the covid impact and tried to keep the eNett family togather to the best of their abilities. Always taking the hard decisions when they could have taken the easy way out. Forward thinking on technology - moving to cloud, containers etc. Looking for adding even greater work flexibility post-covid.

Cons

Really - not a lot. The covid situation has hit a lot of the business and the travel industry in particular. eNett has not had a single redundancy to date and they managed to keep the whole family togather during this crisis. But to nitpick - some perks and benefits can be a bit better - example providing internet & mobile packages.
