Pros
eNOVA has been through a lot of transformation in the past couple of years and has some growing pains as it wades through the pandemic. It perhaps isn't fair to judge eNOVA based on the company it used to be, Phoenix. Most people are open to positive changes, new and improved processes, and to supporting each other within their teams. It has the feeling between a mix of an established company and a startup at the same time.
The benefits are not bad, with unlimited PTO meant to help employees manager their work life balance more effectively and with minimal work related stress. 401k plus matching is a benefit, and a new 100 dollar a month tech stipend was implemented January 2022 to help employees who choose to work from home whether they are in or away from the NJ area.
We have monthly virtual meetings where leadership lets us know what the happenings are with the company and this transparency is appreciated.
All pharma ad/marketing agencies are daunting at first but eNOVA is a decent place to get started, with opportunities to work with good people across a large spectrum of mediums. People want to help you and I think that can be owed to the culture.
Other benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD and LTD, Commuter's benefit, HSA/FSA.
Cons
With a lot of change happening at once, there are a couple of pain points. Processes are not as defined and the company's "restructure" is still underway. New tech is being implemented and some folks who have been with eNOVA when it was Phoenix back in the day are more hesitant to change. The learning curve is steep if you are newer to the industry and med comms. A stronger onboarding program and company wide processes need to be implemented sooner rather than later. Roles need to be better defined, but leadership is working on this.
