      The people are all really friendly. They have a great kitchen with various snacks and a lot of employee perks.

      Cons

      Not enough training for the questions asked by clients you work with. There are flaws in the program that make it tough to handle customer service wise when someone is complaining.

      Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

      Cons

      Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
