Pros

- Flexible working hours. - Many employees (excluding management and leadership) are very competent.

Cons

- Company is divided into Koreans and Foreigners with no real feeling to unity. - Direction of business is ever changing without any knowledge of best business practices. - Management's experience and ability is very questionable, causing a lack of direction, lack of awareness of situations, lack of communication between management and employees, high employee turnovers, and at times a very toxic working environment.

Pros

Business item/model is solid with very smart people working as a team. The flexible working environment allows you to acquire hands on experience and provides you opportunity for leadership if you can prove your abilities. Also, leadership figures such as the Head of Sales (Mr. Sabatta) in this company are excellent role models to learn and grown underneath. Working closely with the head of sales allowed me to equip myself with the most fundamental business capabilities from professionalism to technical details.

Cons

Top management sometimes give out confusing directions, which often create unnecessary workload or tension throughout the office, but I believe this to be rather common in any business. Also, the overall human resource management aspect (hiring, retention, reward) has areas for improvement. I would recommend a more structured, process-based management so that people can rely and trust the assessment/reward and be inclined to stay longer.

Pros

Working under the leadership of Tyron in the sales team was the main perk. Tyron lead by example — never assigning a task he wouldn’t take on himself, and always ensuring he could train and support his team to execute at a high level through the hard nature of sales. Tyron was approachable and invested in the team's professional growth. He was also excellent at recognizing effort and giving credit where it was due, which went a long way in building team morale.

Cons

The company overall would benefit from more stable and strategic direction from top management. Greater clarity in goals and communication from senior leadership would help all departments align more effectively. Additionally, the organization would be strengthened by investing in more specialized roles across teams, which would support scalability and ease pressure on generalist employees.
